Well, the rain has moved through the area (as longed we believe the weather radar maps) and the weekend promises to be a wonderful one here Two Weeks From Everywhere. The campground has two Airstreams and three SOBs right now, so there's plenty of room for you to
come out!

Y'all have a wonderful weekend!
Wish we could be there. We are readying for the do in NYC on the 28th, getting the car thoroughly serviced (we don't drive it much anymore  ) and doing pre-placement visits (overnights) for Lily at her wonderful doggie day care. She'll be there, with our grandog, for a week while we're all gone for the wedding.
Have a glass of something yummy for me, and hope to see you another time.

We're missing you guys! Tonight we had the early birds come in and it was pretty much a reunion from the last rally, we're only missing a couple from last year. Tomorrow we've got a couple more coming in and I guess we can "officially" kick this thing off!

George and I will be see you tonight. I'm sorry to wait till the last moment. I just got today off from work. We have shrimp for tonight and red beans and rice for Saturday and sweet rolls for Sunday.

Such a beautiful park, a real gem. 
If y'all have never been to Natchitoches, it is not far from you and well worth a visit. A beautiful, historic river town with great museums and an NPS owned plantation that is the best we've ever visited.
Ahhhhh, we LOVE Louisiana.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to all you that came, both old friends and new ones! I cannot emphasize enough how much fun we had here Two Weeks from Everywhere, and it's all because you guys decided to come.
I talked to most of you about this fall's rally and have mentioned maybe moving it to one of the state parks around here, and also about possibly having a "wandering rally". I guess I'll just have to make a few "research weekends" to see which ones may be on the short list for that.
It'll be tough, but I think I can handle it.
Once again, thank you all for coming and making it a party worth being at!

Is it over? Where did everybody go? I'm still recouping from all that GREAT FOOD. However, not to mention who, but one of our streamer's were pretty shitting about having us there!!!! Whom??? Who was that booted couple!!!!!!! LOL !
