As it stands right now, Amy and I will again provide hotdogs on Wednesday evening. Everyone can bring a side dish. I don't know what everyone else will be thinking, but I figured we could hit a restaurant one night and have community meals the other nights. We plan to bring the smoker for either chicken or pork shoulder, and also our shrimp smoking apparatus for some tasty treats.

There are rainbow trout being released right upstream from the park, and I am bringing the canoe to ensure several of us have a nice crack at them.

Keep us posted Red, we hope you can make it.

Steve , been a change in plans. Our daughters decided to have a Thanksgiving dinner or dinners at their houses in Houston. Therefore we will be in Houston and not be joining you guys. Sorry to miss it.

Hey all,

I currently have 5 confirmed reservations with a possible 6th. This is just what I have been informed of by people going. Of course there is plenty of space for anyone wanting to join us still. I still plan to have hot dogs for everyone on Wednesday evening, and There is the massive amount of food at the park Thursday at 2PM. On Friday we were hoping to do a "Low Country" boil using our new Turkey Fryer/Boil rig. Ingredients include shrimp, crab, sausage, potatoes, corn, lemons, onion, and seasoning. If anyone would like to contribute to this please let me know as the plan was to feed everyone on Friday for dinner with it.

Sometime in the afternoon. We plan to be at the Seafood store to pick up crab around 0900. Once finished, we can pick the trailer up and head out. I would hope we would be in camp before 12-1 PM.
