Aria, if you have a pop up blocker on your toolbar at the top of your screen it might be interfering, I've had to click on mine to say popups okay at times to get the photos to post or to give karma. Good luck!!

I can not resist.....but I thought I better get one with at least a hint of an Airstream in it....as my alotment of "attachments" is getting in the red zone...
And well then the Pine Sisken came along and I think they are so pretty. It is neat watching them - they take the seeds and push them into the cracks of the hemlock bark for snacks later.
It is also kind of neat to see how they all take turns and don't overload my tired beat-up feeders. Must get in the woodshop one day and make some new ones....
fires burning nicely and hhhhhhmmmmm those chocolates are great tinsista, sure wish Carol would hurry up with the wine
How do you like those western gals - would swap about anything right now to be able to hook up and go!

Hi Sisters,, bird pictures are wonderful! Funny, but did you know that Escapees has sub groups,, and they are called BOF,, birds of a feather,, new Airstream BOF too,,, pass the biscotti please,,,thanks,, love those amaretto ones,, donna
Well, I got up early, added a couple logs and stirred the fire, and put on a fresh pot of coffee for anyone joining the rally today. I'm still hunkering down in my "snow suit" for warm--snow/ice are forecast to come through by Monday from Colorado. This is reminds me of the north Missouri winters we used to have before moving south of the Missouri River! We've had ice and snow on the ground since the first week of January-really unusual. A question: what are you Rivettes using to take your bird pics? You are getting such good close ups. Are your feeders close by or are you using some magnification? I'm just a click and shoot picture taker--no knowledge or skill so some explanation and procedure would be good for me. Several years ago we bought a Canon PowerShot Pro90 I, 10X zoom, 2.6 mega pixels. I'm sure it has great capacity, but I don't know where to begin. I'm to the point of wanting to go out and get a very cheap tiny pocket digital since I don't understand how to customize for a particular shot. I think today's digital cameras have greater pixel strength, but this was good when we got it. ~G
