Smile yummy! thanks!

Thank you to Larrita for the Strawberry Shortcake recipe, to Lou for posting it, and to Carol for the picture!!!

Delicious! Just made up the strawberry creamcheese filling in advance, couldn't resist trying one - wow Now I have to resist polishing it off before my guests arrive on Monday

Fabulous as is, I bet the "filling" and stawberries would also be terrific on some dark chocolate cookie rounds - anyone know of a brand?

I put the "filling" in a zip baggie and will just cut a small snip from the corner to make the assembly quick and easy.

Thanks again!
Lynda

Sisters, meeting like this is so much less expensive than driving to see you. Loving virtual rallies like this one! ~G

Small world! Today I made the raspberry version for my camping friends. Used a pastry bag with a big tip and topped with a raspberry. RAVE reviews! Thanks for sharing.

BTW, my friends who went to the Tin Can Camper Show with us last weekend pulled in today in their 'new' 1975 Overlander. Drove it right there from Cincinati Ohio. OK, I have the jelous....

Scrumptious!

Hey, Lou, those strawberry treats look fantastic! I'm going to have to add that to the camper "cook"book. Thanks for supplying the picture, Carol!

Someone asked (was it Lou?) if anyone got out over Memorial Day. We took a great 3-day trip to Cape Cod. The weather was gorgeous and we got a real nice spot in a cozy campground, right near the dunes, and with a nice walk to the National Seashore. Here's a pic of the girls flying kites on the dunes.

Where's everyone else campin' out these days?

Bozeman is beautiful! I've been there many times, but not going this year. That should be a great trip with the Airstream though.

Wow...lots of new faces at this virtual rally...

Sorry gals - the only camping I have done since the Womens' Rally was bed camping. Got hit with pneumonia real bad both lungs - almost well just nursing a partial collapsed left lung and a small Pleural Effusion - kind of painful but I am raring to go and get out and do things - being in bed for a Month really sucks!!!

I will post a few pics of what happened here in the last couple of days

Tksbaskets - you go girl!! I am seeing lots of silver coming your way

Now if I only liked strawberries I would be in heaven right now.

I should post the recipe for those little mexican desert wraps - they were so easy - and real tasty and saved my bacon for the Friday night dish tee hee. I winged it ha ha and they got gobbled up - good thing I had a couple when I was making them tee hee...

Instead of Airstream giving free tatoos perhaps if you get the tatoo they will give the Airstream!
