We need a site for friends!
If anyone needs to cancel please let me know as we have friends from AZ that would love to come. We will continue to monitor this thread as well as watch the reserve America site for open spaces.

Visited Topsail
Just got back from a stay in Fl at Destin West. Toured Topsail to see sites, ours specifically because ours was one that was to be closed for construction work. Topsail is a nice campground and everyone was very friendly but some of the sites really were rough and need pad work done. Not sure if they will be done by Jan or not. Still looking forward to meeting everyone.

I've just had confirmation the fuel tank on our MH is trash (even though it is new) and is going to have to be rebuilt, which means it is not going to be ready to drive south as planned next week.
Can anyone use a 20ft spot (19) if I cancel the reservation?

If you have a trailer that is 23-25' check further into this site. Something I've learned about the site lengths - Reserve America says site 19 is 20' long but it may be a little longer. Call the Topsail Hill park office at 850-267-8330 to check on the actual length. There's also a separate parking area about 50 yards away you can use for your tow vehicle so you just need space for your trailer in the site. Russ
