Do you mean WBCCI, or Forums?
If you mean Forums, start a rally. It's pretty easy to do. Just find a campground (or camping area) you like, preferably that has something going for it (scenery, attractions), find out if a date range is available, and let everyone here know about it. You may be a single-unit rally, or only one or two others may show up, or you may fill the campground.
I've attended several Forums rallies, and hosted one. The rallies were as small as two coaches, the largest had 16. All were fun, and I'm glad we did them.

I was in Vancouver last week...love it there. I'd be tempted to drive there from California for a rally!

We have casual forum rallies pretty much monthly here in California. It seems to work best when someone picks the date and place (after asking around for possible available times), and picks a campground where everyone can call and make their own reservations (or a campground where no reservations are necessary).
The more rallies you have the more people show up.

Have fun!
