My first thought was it was probably a rally in Georgia. Then I noticed that the the tow vehicle wasn't covered in mud,and didn't have a gunrack or a Dale Earnhardt sticker on it.

...the 46th annual International Rally in Burlington, Vermont! The radio-controlled race car pulling the Airstream was one of many wonderful parade "float" entries during the annual 4th of July parade at the rally.
