Ok "Peeps", just made my reservations for the Williams AZ get together. Just wanted to share a few bits of information.
1. The best thing is to call them if you have special needs or are a "senior". They fail to mention the "discounts" on their webpage and for seniors The Park pass (if you have one) otherwise is additional $16. They offer the AAA/Goodsam/AARP discounts for both the RV Park and GC train ride. Without the discounts for the train tour of the Grand Canuyon, two adults would be about $182.40 + - , and with the National Parks pass, AAA discount, it was $150.16, so yup, there is a bit of a discount ( I can buy a few more adult beverages at the bar !
).
At the end of the first leg of the train trip there is also a bus tour of the GC that you can take (add'l $$$) with a narrated tour.
As for the RV Park. Pull-thru's and back-up's are the same price at the moment.
Anyway guys/gals, that's my story and I'm stick'n to it !
