I'm sorry to hear this Tesla, I'm bummed for you and sad we won't get to meet this year. Inn the bright side, I'm sure we'll have a spring rally and post info here on this thread or/and Facebook under AirMidwest.
Best wishes,
Dunja

Skillet cheesy artichoke dip
You all wanted the recipe for the spinach artichoke dip, well here it is! I found it on facebook, and tweaked it. They made their own dip, I bought the spinach artichoke dip at Sam's Club. All you need is that, a bag of frozen dinner rolls (I like Rhodes brand) and a cast iron skillet.
I thawed the dinner rolls, cut them in half (they go farther) and placed them in a ring in the skillet, let them raise and filled the center with the dip. Brush the rolls with olive oil, sprinkle cheese over the dip and a little on the rolls (Parmesan, shredded cheese, whatever you like) and lightly dust the rolls with seasoning (garlic, oregano, whatever your taste. I used Morton seasoning salt.) Bake about 20-25 minutes at 325. Serve hot.
(one container of dip will be enough for two batches, of course depending on the size of your skillet.
Here's the recipe from easymeals.com if you want to make your own dip. Watch the video.

Yep, Dunja and the girls (and I'm thinking Todd had a hand in this, too ;-) ) really outdid themselves. Thanks loads to Derald and Peggy for the arts & crafts hour, too! Always fun to see old faces and meet new friends. AirMidwest is a pretty special group! Can't wait for spring...

Looks like you all had a fun weekend! We missed you, and if you don't know already, our Airstreaming Days are over. Ed & Eileen Pauley, long time Airstreamers known to some of you, came to Hot Springs Village this week and picked up our "Silver Bullet". I know they will enjoy it as much as we did. We treasure your friendships, so stay in touch and stop by anytime you are in the Hot Springs, AR area.
Safe travels,
Sam & GiGi
