OK, so that PDF was a listing of area activities for the weekend. The Johnson City Chamber of Commerce will be providing us with goodie bags also. And, we will be having an art walk through downtown JC on Saturday, around 3:00, with 5 art galleries participating. Do a walk through each gallery and by doing so you are registered to win door prizes from the gallery. It's nice to support the local community.

Food!!!
Thursday night - Bruce will have the big charcoal grill going by the concrete picnic tables so feel free to bring your own meat to grill. Pretty much BYO or share if you want.
Friday night - Your hosts will be providing main meal fixin's. Appetizer and dessert contributions welcome.
Saturday - Pot Luck. Bring a dish. Probably serving around 6:30 or so.
Sunday breakfast - Green Eggs and Ham provided by hosts!! Intend to start serving by 7:30 for those who need to get on the road early (well, that's early to me)
And, as usual, please bring your own dishes, silverware, drinks.

I am on the waiting list. It's been a beautiful week here in Johnson City. I hear they are rolling out the welcome mat for the Cat, his HAT, and Merry band of Mad HATTERS, not to forget Mrs. Cat and her HAT too!

I stopped by the market in Hye, Texas for lunch today. Among the "tasting" choices is Revolver Beer, made in Granbury, Texas by a fellow Airstreamer. It's a small world!

How cool!! We have unit members who live in Granbury. Also another fellow airstreamer has a brewery in Goliad. Have to get the name of it from Dennis and Mary Watermann.
