Roseann and I will be furnishing hamburgers, hot dogs, buns etc for Fiday night
Still working on Sat nights main course.
Side dishes and deserts for Friday and Saturday will be whatever people bring.
Just list it here so we don't have a lot of doubling up.

There is a grocery store right next to the park-how convenient-so you won't have to pack a lot.

All right, folks. I am officially starting the grocery list.

Friday Night:
Roseann & Bruce-we will be cooking hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill
Sean & Rondi-will furnish H & H buns and condiments(letuce, tomato, pickles, etc

Saturday Night:
Roseann & Bruce-Chef Roseann will be making Antipatasi shish kebab skewers for
appetizers.
Main course-will be Italian Sausage and peppers
John Irwin-Emeril's favorite cabbage-always a rally favorite
David & Diane Flores-Gumbo-yum!!

Ok, there is a start. We have about 4 weeks yet before the rally, so there is plenty of time to plan. Please post here what you are bringing for what night so we can build the list.

Knowing how much Whitsend loves my wife's cooking I know he'll at least bring his appetite!!

Okay, we're in. We just made our reservation with Carol and I think we got the last spot. This will be our second-ever rally and we're really looking forward to it!

Mark & Audrey (SilverSpurs) will bring pinto beans and a cake for Friday night. Undecided about what we'll contribute for Saturday's dinner.

I spoke with Carol at the park today. Johnson City got about 1 1/2" rain over the weekend which should help the wildflowers.

Also, regissrtation for this event is CLOSED. We currently have 26 rigs registered for this event! If you were not able to get in, please check back for cancelations. Anyone who has to cancel, please post here so someone else might be able to take your spot. You can also check with Carol at the park.

More info will be forthcoming soon. We look forward to seeing everyone!!

Shelly said we'll (she'll) bring pecan pies for dessert, and cavatini for the dish on Saturday. Getting closer!

Bruce, Roseann,

We will bring:
Chips and Oriental salad and vegetable tray for Friday night festivities.

String bean casserole and more veggie tray.

Also, what ever we think of from now to then.

Sid and Bonny

Judy, Glad you and Fred will be joining us again this year!

Ok, here is the latest grocery list:

Friday Night
Bruce & Roseann-we will be cooking hamburger and all-beef hot dogs on the grill
Sean & Rondi-will furnish H&H buns and condiments(lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc)
Mark & Audrey-Pinto beans & a cake(yum!)
Richard & Shelly-Pecan pies for dessert
Sid & Bonny-Chips & Oriental salad and veggie tray

Saturday Night
Bruce & Roseann-Chef Roseann will make Antipasti shish kebans for appetizers
Main Course-Italian sausage and peppers
John Irwin-Emeril's favorite cabbage-always a favorite
David & Diane Flores-Gumbo-can't wait!!
Mark & Audrey-undecided
Richard & Shelly-Cavatini
Sid & Bonny-String bean casserole & more veggie tray

Man, this is sounding like some goood groceries!! I am getting hungry already!!

We are just a little over two weeks away from this fantastic event. Everyone travel safe on your way to the rally.

The park has assigned the parking spots and will give them to you when you arrive.

We look forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones. I have been contacted by several people about wanting to stop by and see the trailers, so I am thinking we will have an open house for all who would like to participate on Saturday afternoon at 4:00PM. That gives everyone time to get back from the days activities, relax and get ready for happy hour.

Entertainment will once again be provided by George and Joi's two English Cockers, JD & Molie. If you have not heard these two boys sing, you are in for a treat!
Dinner will be at 6:30ish on Friday & Saturday.

All pets are welcome but must be on a leash and under control. A pet walking area is provided for exercise, but please clean up after your pet. No unattended pets will be allowed outside the trailers.

Let's all have a safe and enjoyable 2nd Annual Hill Country Spring Rally.
PS- Bring your lawn chairs as we may not have enough chairs in the rally room.
We have 26 rigs that I know of coming.

We look forward to having you!! My wife has a cousin who lives in South Haven, so I guess y'all will have to chat.

Not to make you feel bad, but temps this week have been 70's/80's and even one day in the 90's.

Not to make me feel bad??? Really????? It was a balmy 25 here today.
I am glad to hear we will be headed to warmer weather. Unless the trailer is stuck to the ground.
