Window rock guard
Quick question, I have a 76 safari it needs a new rock guard for the front window.
Does anyone know of a cheap alternative, cheapest I could find was about 500 bucks with shipping, thats a couple of weekends at the lake! Any help would be appreciated.

I've seen them for sale in the $350 range, but its the shipping that becomes an issue. I've consider fabricating one from aluminum but quicky realized that it was cheaper for me to buy a new one.
You may be able to find one for a better pirce at an RV salvage yard such as Colaw's.

Have it shipped to a friend in the states, instead of Canada.

Do you still have the frame. I put a new piece of Lexan in for about $50.

I got one last summer for my 65 Safari from Inland RV. With shipping it came to around $380....Tim
