The front and wing windows are the same size, and the trailer is the same width. The limiting factor is the scare light, if it clears the rock guard, it will fit. Janet on the forums installed one on her Argosy with no problems, though hers is a Minuet, so the center piece had to be slimmed down. You would not have to do this on yours.

Okay -- from a member's photo gallery here is a photo of an '83 Excella. That's a full wide wing window and looks to be exactly the same as an Argosy.
Janet's thread is at Rockguard installation on Argosy Minuet. I followed their thread and installed a new one on my Argosy. Take note that their Minuet is 6" narrower than an Argosy, so there are steps about taking the middle window apart and narrowing it -- ignore those. A word of advice -- don't install the first wing window rockguard and expect the middle guard section to fit just right. Get a helper and position both before you drill holes for the first.
The Airstream Dealer just (really, I just took the photo with my phone) finished installing the guards/shades on my 74 Argosy. It was a standard guard to my knowledge. Here's a pic:
I should mention that I have the old guard that only protected the middle window. It is still in good shape. I have no idea what it's worth. I do not have the measurements right now but if you want it pm me an offer. Shipping will be REALLY high I bet, so local might be best. I live in CT.

I don't have the final bill yet. Parts - approx. $800. Valenti RV Legends in Waterbury, CT. They are performing a couple of other jobs for me, general go over and replacing the patio awning fabric. When I get it home I'll be doing something about the refrigerator.

I was thinking the same thing...
$800 for the parts isn't bad considering what replacement glass costs (and it isn't available clear anymore). The owners of a local RV shop have a '76 28 foot Arg with the wrap arounds front and back. They are located across the street from a golf course. Yep, you guessed what's comin' - they took a golf ball through the RS rear curved window... OUCH!
