Where can I find replacement hook latches?

Anybody know where can I find replacement hook and eye latches for my Window Protector? Here's a pic of an old one.

The hook you can find in any big box store. They are called safety hooks. The other part maybe you could reuse?

Thanks Shelly. I'm looking for the whole assembly. I tried to install one from the big box stores already on the old mount and it broke when I tried to do it.
