Lexan window rock guard

Looking for a little advice here on the front window rock guard. I was thinking about purchasing one this spring but I am concerned about the fitment of the one piece guards.
The trailer I have is a 1981 Excella II - a small bodied trailer. The exterior dimension on the small body is 86.5". The larger trailers of that year are 95.5" wide accoding to the owners manual specs.
Can a standard rock guard be molded or cut down to fit my trailer size?

The PO put one on my '72 Globetrotter, I'm guessing they are similar if not the same.

Crispyboy, I have 81 27', it must be the wider body. It has a rock gaurd on it and I replaced the acrylic in it last year. If you are truely 9" narower then you will have to cut it down to look right. From memory it is something that could be done if your fairly handy but not the easiest thing to do. I would think you might be able to buy one the correct size or have it modified at the factory. Unless you had an old one to fiddle with you might find your opening a can of worms to make it right, IMO.

There is a ready made "Rockguard" that is designed to "exactly" fit your front three windows.
