How to install segment protectors - help needed! :)

Along with our '71 Safari, we were lucky to get a pair of segment protectors (from a newer unit) that were rescued from the trash bin!

But... we don't know how/where to start with these. They have a piano hinge on one side. We'd love to get ahold of some directions to install these - really nervous about drilling into our AS.

They'll hide a big beauty mark at the front of our AS, so we're excited to get these on.

Finally found a great deal on an Airstream. Trailer is in good shape, just a few things we need to fix up & want to modify. We plan to make our 'vintage' look like the newer Airstreams.
