Is there any way to get to the backside where the damanged holes are?

Hi Kip,
I could get to the inside of the damge by removing a panel on the inside, I guess.... but not ready to do that yet. I am also working on dropping belly pan ( replacing part of it ), dropping pan that black tank sits in, finding a leak and replacing/ repairing as needed.
I should have some photos posted of the damage and the brackets in a week or so.
