1976 Argosy Rock Guards wanted

I'm heading down to Florida next week to inspect and pickup our first AS but it doesn't have the rock guards. The RV center where it is being stored said they are special order so there isn't time to have them installed before I head home to Georgia with the trailer.

Any ideas on a temporary way to protect the windows without messing up the good paint job? Also, does anyone have ideas on where to get rock guards to fit the 1976 26' Argosy? I'm excited and nervous about this purchase and don't want to mess it up ;-)

I didn't buy the Argosy... So I don't need the rock guards 😉
