I'm close to purchasing a 2008 Safari...it has the corner bed. I'm worried that the 18 gallon black water tank is too small for dry camping. I would use it at least once a year with no facilities for 7-8 days. Two people. I used to have a Casita so I know how to conserve water but does anyone else have problems with that size?
I had a 2009 Casita Spirit Deluxe 17' before we got our 2008 Classic 25fb and the Casita's black water holding tank was 15 gallons. The three of us could get by on this tank and the 32 gallon grey tank for about 4 nights worth of camping before dumping. Usually it was the grey tank that was getting close to full. The Safari you mention has an 18 gallon black tank and only a 21 gallon grey tank unless its a 25SS model then the grey is 37 gallons. If you only have a 21 gallon grey that would be more limiting.
