would you do this, or that?

Hi. I am seriously thinking about replacing the original aluminum rims on my 22' ccd and putting on the some 5 star aluminum units.Right now the rims are 14". If the tires were almost done on the original 14" rims, would you just buy new 15" rims and run 15" tires since they would have to be replaced anyways. That would give me more ground clearance and i hear 15 inch tires are easier to find and cheaper. or.....Just stick with the 14 " size rims and get new 14" tires to fit. or just stick with the stock 14" rims cause they are ok. I just think the 5 star rims look better thats all.
Ohhhhh the quandry....

I think I would change the for the purpose of switching to 15" rims.
