Which Centramatics for '07 International 25FB

Sorry if this information is already contained in another thread.
I looked through a few of the Centramatic posts but could not find the information. I also called Centramatic and they did not know which ones I would need.
I have a 2007 International 25FB. Does anyone know what the part number is for the Centramatics that will fit this trailer? The trailer is in storage so I can’t even remember if it has 5 or 6 lugs – I have the stock wheels.
I’m sure someone has ordered Centramatics for a similar trailer? Is so, do you remember the part number? Thanks in advance for your help.

Looks like I might need the 200-211 Special, which now I see on the website. Didn't see before because it is classified under BUS instead of TRAILER.
