Wheel Recommendation
Anyone have any recommendations for wheels on a 64 Overlander? I am planning on going with the Goodyear Marathons, but need a Wheel to go with them as well. You recommendations would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Not to second guess Andy since he'd know better than I would, but for my own personal knowledge, what size Overlander are you talking about?

measure the center opening and measure the bolt to bolt.
They are not Airstream special I think but not sure they are Chevy rims.
Any parts place new or junk yard, no need to buy them from any Airstream dealer

Andy is right - they need to be 2600lb wheels. Tough to be sure when you buy used - go new and the modern labeling will be on the rim. Any trailer supply house will have them - $40 is what I paid for mine - each that is.

Used wheels with no known history??????
Some owners have no regard for safety, while others cherish it.
The following is a "TRUE STORY".
Wheel Balancing Photos - Inland RV
As the old TV program used to say, "Believe it or not".

Andy, I think I said "go new" so that you can read the information off the rim and be sure of what you are getting. To clarify - BUY NEW RIMS - you won't regret it and the safety margin is well worth it.
