Squeaky wheel

Just returned from a trip and noticed the passenger side rear wheel has an annoying squeak. Not sure if it is the shock or axle or what. While my wife bounced it I put my ear to the wheel and it seems loudest at the hub. It is a 1994 25' Excella. The wheel bearings were repacked last fall and since then we have travelled from British Columbia to Arizona and back. Shocks were changed about 5 years ago and have been to Alaska, Arizona and many other places.
Any one else had a squeaky wheel?? Is it time to change the shocks or do the bearings have to greased again? Or is it the brakes or something else?
