That does not appear to be a split rim. It is a little hard to tell due to shadows but there would be an obvious removable ring on the wheel
If it has a tubeless tire it definitely is not.

Hard to tell from your picture, but I don't think so. Be happy if they are not, because they can be dangerous. I used to work in a tire shop many years ago and we hated them. The ring can come off with explosive force with no warning. I saw a guy get his arm broken by one. I think they have been banned from big rigs because they have been known to come off and into the windshield of another car. Anyway here is a link that shows how they come apart: Google Image Result for http://www.ebroadcast.com.au/ecars/Wheels/PiCs37/Split04.jpg

I worked one summer at Pep Boys many years ago, and the rules for split rims involved using a cage to contain the tire; it was a "we'll walk you out" firing offense to air up these wheels w/o the cage, as fatalities had occurred previously.
AFAICT, that isn't a split rim, BTW.

Don't think they're split rims. If they're like my '63 GT rims, they'll have clips made on them to hold the baby moon hub caps on..........so, I would keep them, if they're not split rims.
