Spare tire carrier--underneath

In case anyone is interested, I spent the weekend fabricating a spare tire carrier for underneath my Overlander. There must have been one there at some time, as the belly skin is cut out for it.

I used angle steel from old bed frames, and a small wire feed welder. Pretty simple to make.

You can check out the pix at my web page....

Thumbs up

Nice job...I was considering doing that one mine...seeing how the front is torn apart at the moment What brand and size of welder are you using? I have been thinking about spending the bucks for the Miller 175.
