Yes, it has been done. Do a search for "sail blue" as that is the matching Rustoleum color. I'm sure some wheels will come up. Quite a few people have used that spray paint to refinish their wheels.

Are those the old split-rims? I'm told that type is considered dangerous, and some tire dealers will not mount them.
