Lug Pattern for 99 Safari

I need a spare tire for my 1999 Safari. Can anyone tell me if the lug pattern is a Chevy, Dodge, Ford, etc.? I also need to know the size & if it is a Truck or Car Pattern.

Can anyone help?

Thanks so much.

You might want to get an RV wheel.

The wheel pattern will be 6 lug on a 5 1/2 in circle and you should use a trailer wheel. If there are no trailer supply dealers nearby Google "Low Cost Trailer Supply"
decent prices, fast service

Airstream and trailer wheels in general are zero offset, junkyard wheels of the same bolt pattern often are not.
