Looking for wheels!

I would love to get ahold of a set of 4 steel wheels for my 74 Tradewind. New is not necessary. I have paint!! I just want some that have the retainer clips for baby moon hubcaps. Any ideas?

Nubs?

I don't want to pull my hubcaps to look. Do your wheels have nubs? Go to Mike's hubcaps for the measurements of baby moons@$50. for 4.

For new stuff... See what these folks have / or can order. They are in your neighborhood.

Redneck Trailer Supply

P.O. Box 2985, Muscle Shoals, AL 35662

If they have what you need I might be able to save you a few $$ by using my dealer account.

Yes, my wheels have nubs/clips. I had the bearings repacked at a local shop and they broke off some of the clips that held my hbs on. They were loose and rattled anyway so this was no huge loss. I needed to get the tires put on new(er) wheels that all matched anyway. I had one oddball that was just a little different.

The nubs I am talking about are not clips but "bumps" on the steel wheel itself. Go to hubcapmike.com and scroll down to baby moons and you will see what I mean.

Martin gave you good info. Look at

http://www.redneck-trailer.com/2006/E/E6-E9.pdf
Down near the bottom OEM wheels are listed.

I used the 2600 # 6 lug wheel WH156-60E . Note that they have a baby moon like hubcap listed also. You can find these listed on some of the low cost RV suippliers online or can go to your local NAPA auto parts store and they can get them in a day from Redneck.

The wheel is about $50 each and the hubcap is ~$10.

My local Redneck trailers dealer said he did not have anything that would fit my hubcaps. Does anyone know where I can find one of the original A/S steel wheels that has the metal clips for the baby moons?
