Center Caps

I asked in another thread but thought maybe no one would answer my question, since that thread seems to have been beaten to death. Anyhow, does the center cap for the 15 inch wheel work in the 16 inch wheel most people are using as the upgraded wheel? Don't want to have to scramble to find center caps. Thanks, Mike

Mike, I can't tell you regarding 15 to 16, but I recently switched from 14 OEM to 15 inch Sendel wheels on our trailer. The OEM centre caps did not fit on the Sendel wheels.

I got new ones with my new 16" wheels and sold the others with the 15" wheels so I can't be absolutely sure. Measure them to be sure.

I measured the caps and they are 4.23 in dia. The center hole for the wheel is 110 mm (4.33 in). Performance tire didn't offer new caps with the wheels. Called to confirm. They have a good deal on the tire and wheel combo I''m wanting, if the center caps are interchangeable. Guess I will look atother places.
thanks

Mine fit perfectly from the 15 to 16" wheel but they are cheap so I just replaced them with all new center caps. I think they cost about $7 each. The hole in the center of the wheels are the same size.
For whatever it's worth, I did not buy Sendel brand wheels.

Bluto - Where did you get the new center caps? My new Sendel 16" wheels and Michelin tires are being mounted tomorrow and sounds like I MAY need new center caps...

I got them on line. Here's the link.

Center Caps

The price I stated earlier was $7. each but in looking at my receipt they were actually $8. each. I got the Closed Center Stainless Steel in the 4.25" size. They look just like OEM center caps that came on the Classic in 2010. I'm happy with them.

What is the link for your center caps? I'm in the same position of having to replace mine in going from 15" to 16" Sendels
