Bolt pattern & tire size for 68' Ambassador

If I purchase the trailer I'm looking at, it will need tires in order to bring it home. It is a long distance from me & the owner lives in a different city than where the trailer is parked. Can someone please tell me what size tires & what the bolt pattern is for a '68 Ambassador?

Silverwoman,

Original tire size 7.00X15 and the bolt pattern is 6 on 5 1/2" center. 6" width.

Current tire size 225r15 I believe.

They should, for additional safety be load range "D", but only if the wheels previously had load range "D" or 8 ply on them.

If not, then stay with load range "C".
