Almost a decade ago I bought a used set at Arizona RV Salvage for a '66 Overlander.

e.com/

Smaller parts like this, they do not list on their website. I found period correct baby moons that had originally been on a Silver Streak.

I used this place to buy a few other things as well. The largest piece was a roof top AC unit. Came with installation instructions and a warranty even though it was used. It had been tested and worked well.

AWCHIEF, thanks for the reply! I looked there under Baby Moon Hubcaps and tried a few other names. I came up with nothing. I'll continue to try different names. Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the input ! I checked and all they had was rim knock on style. I have the inner clip style. I believe I did find some on www.Mrhubcap.com. Thanks for your time

I have looked at vintage trailer supply and have purchased some of there merchandise. It does seem very good quality. There Baby Moons look very nice! The only thing that worries me is my clip to clip is eight inches and they are saying 8 1/8 which isn't much I know. Spring tension is how the clip style works so larger isn't good. I will order one and see how it fits. I have to order some window clips soon also.

Thanks Prairieschooner

original hub caps

I purchased new steel wheels and my original caps use clips which are not present. Any way to adapt them? Hope this is the correct way to enter this conversation. thanks in advance for any and all advice.

RiverRat, I would imagine you could grind off the rivers on the back of the wheels for the clips and rivet them on to the new rims. You’ll have to drill the holes first of coarse. Otherwise you might be able to go to a knock on style baby moon now and not even need the clips or the clip on baby moons! If you do do this I would be interested in buying those clip on baby moons from you! Let me know!

Moons

Well the idea is to keep everything original as possible so thinking a good welder could come up with something but so far zilch. Old wheels are history (split rims)
These old moons might be stainless? Searching......
