The big truck service shop recommended "should" have the equipment to deal with aligning Henschen torsion axles, but ask.
An easy time to also have brake work done and bearing lube replaced.
A trailer inspection if your state requires it.
Also, breakaway switches are like roof vent seals: replace every so often.
Inspection of 7-way, safety chains and brake wiring also a good idea.
Before arrival, have with you printed info on how to jack up YOUR Airstream. Be sure service manager is aware of his shops liability.
