1976 Sovereign lug post?

while getting new rubber on our AS, the tire shop stripped out one of the "lug posts" on one of our wheels. I assumed this would be a simple part to replace - but haven't found one. They go in from the rear and the lug attaches from the front. What should I be looking for?

A better shop.
