When I bought my Argosy it had 3 rims that I assume are original and one that is smaller than the others. According to my manual I need 7:00 x 15. That's a 15 inch rim with a 7 inch depth, am I right? Why am I having such a difficult time finding one? I can find 6 and 5 inch depth just fine. Any suggestions?

15 X 7 is a common size.
Not sure what you mean by depth. The 7 is - 7 inches from the outside of the rim to the inside of the rim. If it were mounted on the trailer (with no tire) the rim would be 7" wide looking at it from the front or rear of the trailer.

I would suggest a trailer store. Perhaps like this one. Trailers

Also consider off set. You want zero if the wheels are stock.

Matching the 4 wheel dimensions with the other 3 will more important than anything else. If the other 3 are non-stock dimensions (and alike to each other) at least match the 4th to the other 3.

Or make sure all 4 wheels match the originally equipped dimensions.

15X7 6 hole wheels with zero offset and a 2600 # load capacity.

Given the picture above I would seriously question the integrity of that wheel.

I had the wheel inspected and it is sound. Just rusty. I took a wire brush to it and put I a fresh coat of paint. It looks good as new

Wheels can be purchased from Vintage trailer Supply or Out of doors Mart.

Also any GOOD trailer wheel shop should have a 15x7 6 on 5.5 zero offset.

The offset is important because it affects how far in or out the tire runs beside the frame and shock mounted between the frame and the rim of the wheel. Too close and the tire will rub the shock.
I tried a new Toyota Tacoma wheel witch fits the lug pattern good and the hub center as well but the offset towards the frame / shock leaves 1 inch clearance and the tire rubbed the shock but i'm looking for one with less offset . i'll let ya'll know if i find one.
