Who tows a 30 footer with late model FORD?

Looking to see what hitch setup people are using to tow a 30 footer.
I am looking to upgrade my hitch. Don'y really want to spend the big bucks for a Hensley or ProPride.
I have a 2016 F250 diesel and 30' International

2012 F150 with 30' International Serenity

Hi there,

We tow our 2015 30' International Serenity with a 2012 F150 ecoboost. Have never had any problems with the setup, lots of power for hills and headwinds here on the prairies. We go to Arizona for the winter, so do experience mountains, and again no problems.

We use an EazLift hitch with 1000 lb bars and two sway controls. The EazLift does a great job, truck and trailer ride level and no sway.

Hope this helps.

We use a Reese straight line dual cam hitch to tow our 30 ft 2012 FC with a 2015 F250 diesel. Happy with the results.

We do, F350 6.7 Diesel. Equalizer after 40 years of Reese. If you have 2 1/2 inch receiver I recommend same size shank, not the reducer.

We tow our 30' Excella with a '15 F-350, 6.7d, 4x4. I use an Anderson hitch and like it. We put a lot of miles on it and find it easy on/off. These days on this trip we are doing a lot of one nighters so leave it hitched. Have put
11,400 miles on it this trip and about 50k since we went Anderson.

2014 Ford Super Duty diesel, 30' 2008 Classic, Reese dual cam. Had the Reese on a 25' FC, same truck. Took me awhile to get the hitch dialed in right, but now all is great. 61,000 miles on the truck in 2.5 years.
