Who made this hitch?

I have uploaded two pictures of the hitch that comes with the Overlander. It is welded and too low for me to use. I talked to Reese today since it looks like there "Heavy duty round bar equialzer". I was told that they did not make one till 1980. I don't believe that it is that new. If I can find out who made this hitch, maybe I can find a new ajustable head for it.

I think that there is a rather strong likelihood that the hitch on the coach is one produced by the Eas-Lift Spring Corporation (they have been producing similar hitches for several decades). The following are two links to their coporate website:

Now for the bad news. The style I have is not compatable with the new style.
So it is back to the poll. Thank you guys.

Tedd, if it helps, I have the same EAZ-Lift you have, and had the same unit on my last travel trailer. I have also used the twin-cam WD anti-swat setup, and I would buy the twin cam if I was replacing mine. It is much better.
