What hitch is this?

I recently purchased my 1st Airstream, but will not pick it up until Friday. The dealer is going through it to make everything functional and safe this week.

Part of the negotiation was to include the hitch left by previous owner. Maybe I should let you know it's a 1990 Excella 29'. I was concerned that my vehicle would require a longer shank for drop than the current hitch has. I'm not sure what hitch it is, so I'm attaching a photo the dealer sent.

He's not been too much help, because when I asked him height for top of ball when the trailer is level, his reply was it depends on my truck. The measurement from ground to top of my truck hitch opening is 23 1/4".

Any help is greatly appreciated!
