Have you tried local? The internet is full of cheap stuff and probably better prices, but a good local supplier can offer sound advice and if it is not long enough, you can return it. This is not an expensive part, hard to imagine the savings being worth the hassle if you get the wrong part.

Check out your axles to see if they have added to the problem by lowering the trailer closer to the ground.
If the trailer has been parked for an extended period of time, then the axles could be bad.

That is an excellent offer from you. I recently bought a similar drop shank for my 07 Suburban at Camping World for close to $ 90.00.

Thanks for the heads up about the axles. I was not aware of the problem or how to check them. I'll do it today when I take my other measurements.
Bob, I checked out my Reese drop and it is the same as the one in your photo. But I did notice I had room to lower it 1 more hole so I might be OK with what I have once I adjust the tilt angle of the head. Sounds like you might have some other takers on your offer. Thanks and good luck!
OK, I admit it...I'm not smarter than a fifth grader! I have seen ads for various hitches and seen the ball tilted at various angles. I simply do not understand why you would want to do that. In my little pea brain, that would, in effect, reduce the coupling area and reduce safety. What am I missing.
Be nice, I have already admitted being less than the sharpest tool in the shed.

You tilt the ball mount to position the weight distributing bars properly. If you have a Reese hitch, go to reeseprod.com for instructions on how to set the head.
