To buy or not to buy a HAHA

I decided to take the plunge and buy my HAHA earlier this month to take advantage of the 200.00 off "once a year sale". They even offered zero interest financing for 12 months! (the icing on the cake)
I just saw their newest add on this forum? 350.00 off before the end of the year! I guess I should have waited until the very last day of the sale before I purchased!

i hate it when THAT happenz!

consider calling them and discussing this.

u r still in the 60 day no questions asked return period.

at the very least perhaps they'll send ya a spare parts kit (very handy) or 2.

or a hitch helper thing (not so handy, u can have mine)

or a case of those really subtle orange/green ball caps

cheers

That sounds like my luck. I would also suggest calling Hensley and see what they will do for you.

I love the Hitch Helper. I'd be lost without it. I guess that I'm not as good as 2air at backing into the "big square hole". We even bought one for our son for Christmoose to use with his Bambi.

I forgot to add.......they included a "free" wheel chock with my original "deal".
I already contacted them and they got back to me really quick.......you guessed it....."I already got a "good" deal" and there's nothing they can do to credit me......I'm not gonna blast anyone on this forum but you all must know what I'm thinking...... Anyone buy a HAHA with the 350 discount?
Regardless......I can't wait for my dealer to install my HAHA!

We purchased our HAHA through our Airstream dealer and had them install it originally. Our Airstream dealer is pretty competent, but lacked experience in the set-up of the Hensley Arrow. The guys at the dealership who did the installation didn't have a clue.

I later reinstalled the HAHA myself, using the Hensley Manual and telephone help from Hensley in Michigan.

I would recommend that you watch them like a hawk when they install your HAHA. Read the Hensley Manual first so that you are familiar with what's going on. Above all, make sure that the installer makes careful and correct measurements before bolting the brackets to the trailer tongue. Our original installation was almost 1" off on one side.

I purchased a refurbished unit from Hensley the only problem I had was the serial number of the unit I received did not match the one I purchased. Turned out the unit I received was much newer than the one I thought I purchased. The serial number was corrected in their records and I installed the hitch. I think I came out ahead.

Post 203 in the HA HA thread shows my install, the pictures may help you to understand how it all should look. Good Luck
