Suburban 2500 receiver hitch ?

Anybody know what the capacities are for the factory hitches on 2000-2006 Suburban / Yukon XL 2500 ? Thanks

I have a 2003 2500 suburban, nameplate says 1250lbs tongue weight and 12,500 total with weight distributing bars.

I have 8.1 liter and 4.10 gears

Some of these hitches had poor welds where the receiver was welded to the round lateral beam. They crack at the weld. Check that area frequently. I think you might be able to look it up on the DOT Recall site.
