Reco setup for 2007 Tahoe (GMT9000) 1973 w/31' AS

I'm currently looking for a trailer, and due to cost and our family's needs, I expect i'll buy a 1970's vintage 31' trailer.

I would like to get my hitch ordered and setup before I go to buy a trailer, as I may end up going a few hours away to get one.

Currently, the truck has: Class three receiver, with trailer brake controls (Pollak 7 pin plug). Capacity is stated as 7k trailer and 800lb tongue weight max allowed. (Anything over 5k trailer and 500lbs tongue weight require WD setup). Car is equipped with autoride rear leveling system.

My thoughts are that a basic ($200) easylift setup should be plenty since I only need to shift a few hundred pounds max to the TV.

I do want some sway control however since i'd be towing a 31' box behind a 21' TV.

Any recommendations on this idea? The trailers i'm looking at (73 sovereign) weigh 5k and have 500lb tongue weight unloaded, so I should be able to keep water/gas/cargo under 2k lbs pretty easily.

Note that this is a current gen Tahoe with the 5.3L 330HP motor and much improved braking and suspension that was introduced in 2007.

Any thoughts or opinions would be MUCH appreciated, as i'm new to towing anything bigger than my current 2,000 lb popup trailer.

Secondly, i'm assuming some of these trailers are going to need new axles on day one. Any idea on the installed cost per wheel for the axles on these?
