How long did it take to get your hitch? I ordered one almost a month ago, have not seen it yet. Might not make it here by vacation time...?

Call them; shipping should only take 4-5 days.

Ordered on May 18th, and have a order number. I will try calling again. Are these hitches made domestically?

I too am waiting on a hitch. Sean, in an email today, said they were a week to ten days from order to ship. Yes, contact him quickly.

It is. My experience with many calls and emails is Sean handles almost all of this himself. He has returned calls evenings and weekends.

It's worth the wait, this hitch will change your towing to a completely easy and uneventful experience in virtually any traffic or weather condition (tornados, hurricanes and extremes excluded).

Here's his cell number printed in the owners manual: (810) 962-0219

I've had nothin but great, immediate replies from him including (sad to say) on weekends! This seems odd that you're having such a hard time reaching him. Good luck!

We have had ours for 3 yrs. It is great and we would not be without it. Sean does great customer service. Check the number you have and call again. It is NOT like him to not answer calls. We almost always get him on the first try.
We visited his facility in MI awhile back and it is a nice clean place. Top notch work!

I ordered one May 20th....it is to be used with a 2013 Suburban 2500 which has an usually high receiver. He was having a longer drop drawbar built for my application. I touched base with Sean about a week ago and it appears they have a back-log (a good thing) and the online status still reflects "awaiting fulfillment".

I'm going to wait until I'm a full month into the process and then, follow up with him again. I'm in the manufacturing business and it's hard to have complete control of everything when you have to use 3rd party vendors. I don't want to gnaw on him when I'm confident the issue is down-stream. I'm sure he'd like to hit my credit card as soon as possible.

Since I am not hitchless (or suffering from sway issues but am looking forward to higher-rated torsion bars & easy adjustability), I may take my time and do some QA on the new hitch/drawbar when it comes in just out of curiousity.

It has been my understanding that the spring bars are imported and that a contract manufacturer in the U.S. makes most of the steel parts. I don't know where the final assembly and packaging takes place.

Not sure if anyone else has a hitch on order but I have had one on order for a month (4 weeks exactly). Not sure what the issue is, have tried contacting them several times with no luck.

Anyone else waiting?

Sean has been busy fulfilling orders, trust us all - worth the wait and Sean is doing everything in his power to get orders fulfilled with the same high quality and standards that have made ProPride the best hitch out there today!!!

I am waiting, two weeks as of yesterday. Not a month, so I guess it could be worse, but after I emailed Sean last week, I was told that orders are a week to 10 days from order to ship.

It is high season, and I don't mind waiting as much as I mind the lack of communication.

Thank you for the kind words everyone!

For everyone that has ordered please be assured that WE ARE making and shipping hitches about as fast as humanly possible right now.

We have had some supplier delays that backed us up. We also have had some other machining delays with the bearing housings. It all just piles on top of each other to push the entire process back in time.

One thing you can all be assured of is that we have NEVER, and NEVER WILL, miss a shipment of a hitch. They will all be delivered and you will be 100% satisfied or your money back.

The other issue eluded to here is the phone. It is always best to contact me on my cell number listed above because I am not always sitting at the desk. I usually answer that unless I am elbow deep in a meeting or some other thing that doesn't allow me to pick up the phone. In that case please leave a message and I will return it as soon as possible. Sometimes it will be in the evening after "normal" activity slows down.
