Price check - Equal-i-zer hitch

Found a local place (50 miles) that sells them. 600#/6000# model w/ shank w/o ball is $350. The equal-i-zer website list the MSRP at $628

Is $350 a reasonable price for it? Does anyone know of a cheaper source?

This and the brake controller are the only things keeping us at home right now. We can't wait to take a trip, but to be honest, we'll probably just go right down the road (10 miles) to a nearby park to learn more about our new trailer before we hit the open road in it.

CMF,
That sounds like a decent price. IIRC I paid right around that for mine including shipping from IN to NC at the time. It is fairly easy to set up too. But make sure the slab or ground you are working on is very close to level. I did my setup on a sloping concrete slab and then had to tweak a couple of things after getting it home.
