Maybe.

Then I thought, "No, that would probably turn mean in a hurry."

Anyway, you got good answers. Now you know. Good.

Enjoy the learning experience.

No your right that would turn very ugly, and feelings might get hurt, Like mine

Look at it this way bycrom -- you're one-fourth along the road to three rivets!

Good to have overlander63 part the clouds from the summit of Mount Rivet. Did I hear he's going to star in the next Avengers movie? We should install this for his rivets, ya think?

I'm only, actually not even, half a Terry, but I'm three quarters a Bob, but Bob being a mod, gets 25 rivets? That's not fair.

The more dumb posts (they're the easy ones), the more rivets and that proves you have a serious emotional problem. Eventually you are an expert, but no one knows what you are an expert at (not grammar in this case).

Bycrom, welcome to the rivet race. There's a start line, but no finish. It's like the Hotel California.

You need an avatar, but it can be actually a picture of you. For ex., Bob Sunrus actually is a dog that has learned to type (see Post 2). Amazing what modern science can do. I am the ghost of Marilyn, now employed in the potato fields of Idaho.

See if you can come up with a really lame question. But for now, you'll notice a hole in the coupler latch that is supposed to keep the tongue on the ball. That is for a padlock to make sure the latch doesn't pop while towing. That is unlikely, but locking it is a good idea. That's also good when you leave the trailer somewhere and want to slow down thieves—there are also locks that go in the coupler and between the wheels.
