looking for a reese hitch instruction book or pdf

I bought an airstream and a tow vehicle that is connected by a reese hitch. The previous owner told me how to install it and take it off but I have forgotten. Does any one have a reese hitch manual scanner or a pdf file I could have?

Thanks ...

This is for the dual cam. For the older style with just the chains at the end of the torsion bars it's basically the same except easier. I noted that in these instructions they say to level the tow vehicle. In the older (much older) printed instructions that came with our Reese the recommendation was for the rear to settle more than than the front by ~3/4" My personal experience is that level is far better but I think that depends to a great extent on your tow vehicle and trailer. Only other thing I can add is that adding or dropping a link, with our set-up at least, is a fairly course adjustment. I had to find by trial and error the magical combination of hitch angle and chain links that resulted in the proper amount of wieght transfer to level the rig.

I have a 4 page Reese manual that I can fax to you if you PM me.
it's called 'Principles of weight- distribution & sway resistant hitches" and is of your vintage.
Anyone else is welcome to a copy too.

Here is a pdf for the reese trunion style WD hitch. This is one of the most common Reese setups.
