Question Hitch Setup

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and have a quick question. I'm looking at my first A/S purchase, but the unit I'm looking at doesn't have a sway bar hitch set up. I have an old Reese setup from my Dad. How do you put one on and adjust it? Including figuring the distance to mount the brackets on the trailer a-frame. I appreciate any help in advance!

Reese.com

You can get some pointers from Reese' website on the setup for their hitches. The setup is abou the same on all hitches as far as measurements go.

There are some pointers in the tires and wheels section of this forum but they are not very detailed.

Thanks Smily, I'll check Reese. I noticed there was a post on brakes this morning, I just want to be safe rather than sorry!
