Hitch, chains and tongue.

Hello, I'm looking to tow my trailer with a large equalizer hitch and am wondering how I can cross up the safety chains under the large hitch, as well as if the chains should be inside or outside the equalizer bars.
Thanks!

Inbetween (not between the bars and A frame) the spring bars and, although some disagree, cross th e chains with just enough length that the clear the bottom of the shank components.
