Guess it will be impossible to know
I guess this depends on the dealership and their shops, however, I would definitely plan to stay overnight and work everything in the new unit. I no longer have an AS, but our last one was an ordered unit, 2011 30' Classic, and after spending the first night on their lot, I kept two of their shop techs busy for over four hours the following day.

Also of note, on both of our AS's (both new units), neither dealership charged a dime to install our ProPride.

Enjoy the new rig. RVs are tons of fun with small kids. We've spent over half of this summer in ours. Our kids now 9 and 6, still talk about our first trip to Disney in our first AS - a 25' Flying Cloud. Memories...

The best of both Worlds....The Forums' and an in person Mentor.

We used the PO of our 63 Safari extensively during our Learning Curve.
A GREAT resource, before joining here.

There is a forest service park near the Airstream dealer right off highway 49 called Big Biloxi something or other. I will see about staying at that campground when we go to a wedding in November.

m.hony: If Big Biloxi is full check out Flint Creek Water Park in Wiggins or Paul B. Johnson State Park south of Hattiesburg. Both are nice parks to spend a few days.

No - not yet - but going to talk to my wife about it tomorrow - She is a tad shy - I just asked her she was half asleep - she seemed positive.

May be a go

You may end up extending your stay to include Thursday and Monday as travel days. For us, it is a 7 hour drive (longer really with fuel stops, bathroom breaks, meals, and driving 55).

New Hensley, $3,500, proPride $2,500 I am in the market so priced both. Just make it part of the purchase , it will only hurt once when you write the check, and you won't look over the fence at every rally you attend.

PharmGeek has picked top shelf equipment for sure. No stone has been left unturned. He has also curbed any criticism that he might would ever encountered. Much diligence in research has its reward.

they only thing that I think was quite superfluous was buying new...brand new...

BrandMotion rearview camera for Ram

You might want to install an aftermarket rear view camera in your Ram that is made by the OEM contractor; hooks to the installed wiring and takes about 90 minutes to install for a lot cheaper that you can get it at the dealership. I waited for a sale and found a unit for ~$495. Check the net for:

The Dodge factory rear view camera makes putting the stinger into our Hensley very easy. This tidbit should also work on the ProPride.

Put a piece of white tape centered down the top of the stinger on the TV and an inch wide piece centered above the receiver opening in the hitch on the trailer. Now you can align as you back up by watching the movement on the GPS screen in the dash and fine tune the approach. I usually get out just before contact to verify elevation alignment.
