Always like Cats posts but my wallet never does. Seems they always make me think about something else we could do to our trailer.

The Quickbite coupler looked interesting but the comment about it may not work with weight distribution systems was an issue.

So I sent them an email asking about that. To paraphrase the reply: 'obviously we do not have information on all aftermarket products but if the weight distribution system is a frame type system there should be no issues'.

Thinking about it I'm not sure why there would be an issue - the actions and "range of motion" so to speak is the same as any other coupler. I don't see how that would interfere with say a Reese Dual Cam. Anyway - interesting coupler and worth thinking about....
