Question Front Reciever Hitch for moving Trailer

Just wondering, if you have a proride or reese, can you still move your trailer around with a front receiver hitch? I'm just talking about backing into things or turning it, not pushing it down the road, obviously.

I have much more weight capacity on my rear axle than front. I got a caster wheel replacement for my tongue jack foot pad. When I use the front hitch I use the caster foot to keep the front axle load within limits.
